Refund And Cancellation Policy

We take great care to deliver quality produce. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and cancellation terms are limited.

Order Cancellation:

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, customers must contact us through one of the following channels within 12 hours of order placement:

• Email: krushivaibhavac@gmail.com — include your Order ID and reason for cancellation;
  Website contact form: available at krushiexim.com (Contact Us page).

Cancellation requests submitted through any other channel, or after the 12-hour window has elapsed, will not be accepted. An acknowledgement of your cancellation request will be sent to your registered email address within 4 business hours of receipt.

Refunds:

• Refunds are offered only in the case of:

  • Products received in damaged or spoiled condition

  • Incorrect items sent

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos

Claim Review Timeline
Once a refund claim is submitted with the required supporting evidence (photographs or video of the damaged or incorrect goods), our quality team will review the claim within 3 business days of submission. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. If your claim is rejected, we will provide written reasons for the rejection.

Non-Refundable:

• Products refused or returned due to customs regulations

• Delay in customs clearance

• Change of mind or customer unavailability

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon approval.

Replacement

Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our produce, we are unable to offer direct replacement of goods once dispatched. In cases where a valid refund claim is approved, the remedy shall be a monetary refund to the original payment method as described above. We do not offer store credit, product exchange, or replacement shipments as an alternative to a monetary refund, except at the sole discretion of Krushivaibhav Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited in exceptional circumstances.
